Colette’s Place is a culinary love letter–to my Puerto Rican roots, to the abundance of Sonoma County, and to the joy of community gathering around delicious and comforting food. I combine the vibrant Caribbean cuisine I grew up on with a love for fresh, local agricultural products, and a global perspective to create a style of Puerto Rican street food that is simply, Colette’s.
